DMC WARNS AGAINST BOGUS EMAILS

1.DMC GAS EQUIPMENT LIMITED would like to alert its customers on bogus communications that claim to be from DMC. (eg fraudulent telephone calls, voice messages, emails, SMS and communications in other formats)
2.Customers are reminded not to provide any account information to unsolicited email/callers. If customers are concerned they may have disclosed their business details to any suspicious third parties, or want to identify whether the communication is from DMC they should CALL DMC Hotline at 2851 2121.
3.Techniques such as email or fraudulent SMS messages are being used to trick customers into making transactions. We would like to inform customers that DMC has no connection with these bogus communications.
4.Fraudulent e-mail messages purportedly to be sent from DMC claimed that making transactions to designated account. In this regard customers MUST check whether the relevant e-mail is sent by DMC domain: dmc-gas.com.hk. If any doubts about the content of e-mail, please contact DMC directly. Rather than just follow the instructions provided in the email.
5.DMC has not authorized or appointed any intermediaries to collect payments or goods delivery. If you receive any unknown e-mail/SMS, this is a suspected unauthorized communication.

The opening hours are 9 am to 6 pm of every Monday to Friday, and will be
closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
